Could you bear to help me one more time and explain if this is a legal move?

The most successful Real Estate people I've known in the past 40+ years were not the Smartest, not ones with the most money, not the ones with the most connections,BUTThey were the MOST Persistent!

I'm in Coppell and Southlake , but travel all over North Texas if you want to meet up.All of the cities you mentioned are probably good targets and where the better action is.Flips are not easy right now, so I would keep open on the 1st one to any and all those cities.

Identity verification will be one major deterrent.  

I currently rent in NYC and want to start my investing in other markets because of the high cost of investment here but I hope to one day be able to have an NYC property in my portfolio and would love to hear from someone that has/had one and how the experience was.ThanksC

I actually looked into 2-4 unit properties when I first got here, but they were tough to find, and the ones I did come across were snapped up quickly by all-cash buyers.

Cash flow is great, but it's just one piece of the puzzle.

This seemed like a good way to hit two birds with one stone.
