If your property is ready for occupancy in December, should you officially place it in service now or wait until 2025?

Even with my former partner (who was our 'PM / GC' on site for our projects), it was sometimes tough navigating the process, managing budgets and costs, and keeping everyone in line, including him. 

It is a lofty goal with no easy path to accomplishment, but what you describe seems unlikely to accomplish the goal.Note most people on this site are RE investors.  

I really do appreciate all the advice on this site and can't wait until I'm the one giving it instead of only asking for it. 

I'll take any and all advice any of you have, but the two things I'm looking for specifically are: what sites, services, and/or software you use and recommend for sceening and managing tenants? 

Curious if we have to officially wait till trump is president or if some banks have already started the process.
