I don't think anyone here is discouraging anyone just honest opinions from investors that know their stuff.You'll find the whole transactional funding/POF stuff is becoming obsolete right now.

Specifically in those satellite markets; now this is not true for every circumstance- but by an large you don't want to speculate a quick buck in a market that in the future will be obsolete.

Older functionally and economically obsolete and will be tough to make work long run no matter who what or where you buy them from..
