Orlando is a bit of a one trick pony with the Theme Parks and with higher airfare, gas, and ticket prices demand is currently down, and inventory is up which is driving prices down.Also you will see most people are not fans of arbitrage, not sure you will find any great opportunities worth it in my opinion.

I just viewed what looked to be a beautiful 3 unit in the photos a few days ago, but when I got there it was apparent the building had a natural gas smell in the basement, plus the owner pays all heat for the building since there is only one furnace.

Also, there are common domestic hot water tanks (gas paid by the owner), and a single gas meter so all tenants' cooking gas is paid by the owner as well.

I took a screen shot of the dollar cost of the airline ticket along with the point requirement, but not sure how this scenario works.I have family in these same towns, so I typically only deduct the plane fare (no hotels, gas, meals, etc.), since the business aspects are completed in a single day and I usually stay for a week.
