The last 2 guests we had were AirBNB (our only 2 this year) and the took a beach towel, took the waffle maker, broke the window, trashed 3 bath towels, used an entire bottle of dish soap (to make bubblebath I assume) and took about 50 Cascade dishwasher pods.

You need to see an attorney.The thing is, that if you MUST advertise a property yourself, then the strategy dished out by gurus as to putting a sales contract or option on a property and just moving along doesn't wash.
