G'Day everyone,It's very unfortunate that it has come to this but I am left with no choice other than to defend my personal brand, a company that I am part owner in and to also share our side of the story.There is no point in hiding since we are being slandered behind the scenes anyway and since we did nothing wrong.The company in question that @Bobby Narinov is referring to is Oz Realty which is one of the most reputable property managers in Toledo.

in Jackson its the RIG meeting once a week.. keep in mind though advertising a property you dont own in MS is not legal.. its done every day but if someone turns you into the department of real estate your going to spend some money defending yourself.I had a client in MS.. now granted he was a volume player in the turn key space but he would advertise his BRRRRs before he owned them.

Therefore, it should be allowable that a landlord require the notice on the last day of a month and therefore force terminations to be at the end of every month.I've never had to defend it in court, but I have a clause in my leases that says rent is fully earned on the 1st of each month and it is not prorated should tenant vacate early in the month.
