That itself is already interest income to the lender.There's extremely sophisticated bond agency review that review everything to the point that the risk rating for every apartment is known before the CLO is being sold.my opinion: The more I researched about this the more I understand this is like tug of war between debt equity orchestrated and financed by wall street banks  vs  common people LP equity in the middle

Thanks for the reply - The limitation, for me, was the company is headquartered in Dubai, the properties in Africa and Middle East and the investors all over the place.I am deep within this rabbit hole.Syndication Pro was immediate to tell me, we won't work for youInvestNext says they have multi-currency support and should not pose any issues - I am going to test InvestNext, infact their Docs are in my email now to sign.

Lenders usually take your middle score of the three and it is not listed, so, that could be an issue if its lower than 660..

No loud music, parties or anything of that kind.The house was built in 1908 and not soundproof.She said she's talked to them directly and hopes that will solve the problem, but she starts school next week and is worried about her sleep.I haven't approached the downstairs tenants yet.There is a noise clause in our House Rules, which mentions "quiet hours between 10pm and 6am", which everyone has signed.I don't want to take sides or get in the middle of this issue, but I also don't want to risk losing good tenants (on either side of the argument).Any advice would be welcome and appreciated - thanks so much!

Even if you have a "perfect" house, it will not rent if not priced correctly, OR you will be overrented (yes that is a thing) meaning you are leaving money on the table.Marketing is also big - Again depending on the area you want to be on as many relevant channels as possible - Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Zillow, Furnished Finder etc and have a direct booking strategy for repeat guests to cut out the middle men.Best of luck!

If that isn't feasible for his situation I'd recommend looking for rentals in the southern/middle part of the country where price points are much easier and the laws are landlord friendly.
