I would have saved few thousand dollars in inspection fees and appraisal fees if I had known that and I had a friend send me detailed videos.I'm not sure if this information is available in all counties but where I bought in the Indianapolis metro area, I can look up property tax records.

The problem that a lot of LLs in my niche get into is that they don't inspect the properties on a regular basis.

Common utilities paid by the landlord will be similar if not the same; standard services (extermination, changing filters, snow removal, fire safety inspections etc.) will cost the same.

If the movement seems excessive, you might consider having another technician inspect it for proper installation.

Family services will inspect the home and limit occupancy based on the number of bedrooms.

Pre-inspection, it appears to be a solid opportunity.
