Look at the top menu and place your cursor where it says TOOLS and you'll see the listing of calculators you can use.

If you're just looking to figure out what it can do, go to their home page and look at the menu bar on the left - at the bottom you'll see a button that says "Get Free Trial Account".https://www.agentpro247.com/TrialVideo.aspx...or you could just sign up for one month and cancel if you don't like it - $18 is pretty cheap to start out with.Personally, I use it for property research and for pulling lists.
