If she is unable to have a civilized conversation then maybe you need to put some showing notes in your listings to the Agents to just beware of the neighbor who suffers from some kind of mental health issue <-- not too sure if you are allowed to do this since technically I believe this is a protected class but I would maybe consult with your local real estate board.

It's a "take the hill" mentality.

Any intelligent investor will not have a never sell or always sell mentality. 

They don't do shortcutsThey do what it takes, whatever it takes.Trust me, the second you change that mindset, you need to go back and read your BP post again and you will say "wow, I have grown a lot mentally".

I don't think Cozy would work in my situation because of the different backgrounds. ie. some tenants are elderly and don't understand that stuff, I have a tenant who is mentally disabled and wouldn't be able to do it and several that are low income and like I said before, only deal in cash. 

During this whole ordeal, I got the impression that this agent had an entitlement mentality and of course pushed this on to her buyers.

Are you wanting students that are aging out of foster care or people with mental health issues or seniors or... there are lots of options but I’d be nervous about why it’s vacant and being foreclosed.

However, I have a no-excuse mentality and believe there are tremendous opportunities to be successful for those that are willing to grind for them.

I use spreadsheets and other resources to confirm my mental and napkin math.
