Nobody has a magic 8 ball, but here’s my guess: after a decade-long bull run and skyrocketing home prices, things are feeling shaky.

There are a lot of people working from home and/or home schooling and looking for a room that would work for them.

Why not give it a shot if your high school offers opportunities of that sort?

I have to pay driving school and they alway charge to much for a few lesson.
