You mentioned that you're not interested in grants or fundraising, I'm curious what type of operating budget and actual program you have in mind.

I'm piloting a new construction program that's building a generational style home 6 bedroom 4 bathroom, 2500 sq ft house in a class B/C area.

I am thinking two things:  First, do you have a spreadsheet or program of some sort that you can share with me so I can analyze a deal?  

The property either has to go through the tax sale process, receivership, or some other program (donation, etc.) to have the liens abated. 

And the best part is they help you through the entire process of learning how to run the program with many tips for hosting an STR.

I follow a program that teaches how to maximize points and buy discount travel.

I went to someone who was considered a reputable broker and he said he had a great new program.

However, the City initiated the "Buy Into Baltimore" open bid program (which we're interested in participating) through which you can bid/buy city-owned abandoned/vacant properties for redevelopment/resale.The problem is, there are so many blighted neighborhoods in Baltimore, it's tough to know where to start.

Before using such a program get your own estimates.
