- Why does a 2 liter of pop/soda cost more at convenience stores versus grocery stores?

in CRE world it is dog eat dog world literally, everyone eat everyone, it's bad business by design as everyone doing the same and everyone is telling the same BS.

There has literally never been an easier time to short sell.

Be careful- literally street by street can be very different.

There's literally anything and everything, so to compare it to other good markets for house hacking is difficult due to the fact that other 'good' regions usually come with less job options and therefore in my mind are less secure.

I literally had to get an UW to 3-way on a call with Freddie to prove that it was allowed to be omitted and the lender still said no even though Freddie said it was within the guidelines. 

Literally this form takes five minutes to complete and you have probably wasted hours worrying about nothing.
