My biggest question when I was researching all the programs was "If these people are so successful at what they do, why are they charging so much for all of this and always trying to upsell?" 

I started investing here in 2016 so it's been 8-9 years for me.

So even though you do your due diligence you sometimes don't get what you're looking for.

I do like the built in leasing that apartments offers over the OG Cozy site, but I don't really want to pigeon hole myself into the apartments.com brand (or Zillow, or any other of the type) so I'm starting to use rent redi.

What would you do in my shoes I don’t invest there so take this with a slight grain of salt but I’ve heard multiple stories of basically this exact scenario someone getting offered a big payday for something in Cumberland, rejecting it & always for some reason (house burned down, block got worse, sheetz decided they actually didn’t want someone’s land for a car wash after all) always selling for like 10-20k and regretting not selling. 

DSCR loans are based off of down payment, credit score and either actual or market rents so it helps to supercharge an investor's real estate goals and net worth.

Most property types can work for coliving, so leverage your existing expertise.No?

@Angelica CristiIt has been a year or 2 since I last purchased on Auction.com so things could have changed.
