That brings me to five, two great ways you can make lasting connections this year - Momentum 2025 cohort starts in February, this is an 8-week virtual summit with weekly meetings and what I'm most excited about is that when you get a ticket to Momentum, you'll have the opportunity to join small accountability groups with others from Momentum.

I recognize there are other ways I could invest this cash (including another property) but I am being mindful of levering myself out too much in the current environment where job losses are more common in my industry (tech).

The last lender I’ve tried to get a pre-approval had a, imo, patronizing response saying,”Although lots of people talk on social media about buying a three or four unit property with only 3.5% down in practice it almost never works.”All lenders who I’ve tried to give a pre-approval for has tried to sway me to switch to a 5% conventional instead.

I'm curious to hear your thoughts on how long this trend might last and what might be driving it in your area.

Used PSI last year, they did a bad job, the snow wasn't even bad last year and with several attempts asking them to do better within the terms of the contract, they still sucked. 

I was unfortunately caught up in this scam and I hope that I can help others avoid the loss of money and the unfortunately situation that I was in.I lost $5,000.  

Hey @Aaron Bard, I met a bunch of them at the BP conference last year, they are legit.

I want to remain local in NJ or at most drive down 1hr to PA (self-manage or, last resort, hire a PM)However, I must also consider maintaining reserves, a safety net for my primary home, and an emergency fund.It's just hard for a new investor now :(

I was briefly with realize properties, ERA, and lastly went with Heart and Home.
