Similar view on equities I stated just on Monday, and anytime margin increases with rates staying stagnant going forward we're going to have larger and larger drawdowns.

Some kitchens will be 5k if its a small one and some will be 15k if you are taking out a wall and its larger.

If you have a place in Nashville, it could be either and both.The larger the place, the more you are likely to cater to families.

I would say anytime you can add value in real estate through taking a distressed property and fixing it up and adding value it is a good choice whether its for investment or primary ownership purposes.

Without adding creativity like: room by room renting/padsplit, value add/larger cash down, mid-term or short term renting, etc it's just how things are.  

That all said to me its zero debt on anything other than a larger projects but for rental houses and smaller investments its zero debt..

All the markets you mentioned are solid choices for affordability and long-term growth potential.If you’re looking to narrow it down, consider Indianapolis or Columbia, SC, as both have strong rental demand, landlord-friendly laws, and stable economies.

The most experienced syndicators would be more likely found at the larger events, with newer smaller syndicators found at local clubs.Real estate websites.

I’d love to house hack and start with a duplex or larger, but I’m just finding is hard to shop around in our market.
