Did 10 years commissioned service as a Space Officer / Satellite Vehicle Operator, Air Education Training Command Space 100 Instructor, and Lastly 3 years as a Politico/Military Affairs Officer (and project manager) in Europe. 

I’m currently in school to get my real estate license and the instructor mentioned that he has a twelve unit complex he is looking to sell in the near future, off market.

I had a great instructor who rang a bell every time a test question was mentioned and I made a document of all of them.  

I remember meeting with a real estate attorney that told me to stop wasting time and money buying courses from instructors that aren't practicing real estate investors.

There must be more to the story...I am a Military Mortgage BootCamp instructor (I actually teach VA lending). 

It doesn't matter how great a course or an instructor are, if you don't have the drive and/or natural skills then you aren't going to have the same ROI as someone who is very driven and a great business person. 

I'm not a huge fan of online classes and it was super helpful to be able to interact with my classmates and the instructor.

I'm stationed in Great Lakes as a drill instructor in the Navy, so I prefer to get eyes on my investment properties.

I was a ski instructor, with no assets and having a great time.

I signed up today & I have an extra ticket for sep 16/18 the instructor was a Mike Pugliese who had a firm called Mike & Mike investments I googled him and nothing came up
