I just want to automate routine AirBnb message traffic so I can limit the amount of time that I'm on my phone during the day while still keep customers happy (VRBO / Homeaway don't seem to need instant responses in my area).  

It's not so much the instant liquidity I want/need from this loan, it's the cash to put into more buy and hold properties. 

Look at so many deals that you know a great one instantly.

A friend once told me to get familiar with the market to the point that if a new property goes live on MLS i should instantly tell if it is going to be a deal.

@Blair Poelman,I am looking to get into wholesaling and throughout my research and analysis on all of the properties that I am finding to be "good deals", I instantly get sidetracked (which may not really be sidetracked) and start looking to see how I can pursue it for myself.

Banks are easier to work with and they should cash flow instantly.

And they're not from the instant gratification nation.
