Label each wire and hire an electrician to hook them to a modern large breaker box.IF your breaker box is a fire prone Federal Pacific get rid of that too.Doing so will give you great pleasure and reduce cost from 5-10K to a few hundred. 

Post clear instructions there. label things like extinguisher.and i doubt you cannot handle the rare situation "at work".

It has its own electric meter and box and there is no circuit breaker labeled well.This area does not have public water.The garage/effeciency has a propane furnace.The town has no records of wells or skeptics and they have informed me that as long as they don't see sewage they don't care, and further informed me I can use a holding tank or gray water system if I like.Several feet behind my garage/efficiency I see a 4 foot by four foot or so concrete pad with two pipes sticking up out of it.

I read that Virginia's state law labels it as "Judicial Sale of Real Property" but not every county or town calls it that way.

I agree with you that some contractors are nervous but dont label those of us who need to work as sub par.

Construction has been labeled  a critical industry by governments in my area.

They are typically lumped together and distributed between Sch E properties, labeled as "administrative", "business overhead" or something similar.

You could use the $1,000 security deposit towards the damage, but the tenant doesn't owe you any rent so you'd have no legal right to keep that because you labeled it as rent.   

Hello everybody,I'm working on a 2 bedroom 1 bath 1945 built Texas house , when I bought it I had the intention of changing the layout since it’s  in my opinion has a very big design issue with a lot of wasted living space due to the bathroom being between  the living room and kitchen, leaving a very small living room, what I currently want to do is convert the interior to open floor design and convert what is labeled as FAMILY in the picture below to a 3rd bedroom and a bath, I'm  trying to find the best design with least amount of construction since my budget is not very high, also I'm  trying to stay within the standards to be able to sell the house with no issues, I  started working with a Draftsman which he provided few suggested layouts but each one of them has it’s negatives which is why I’m asking for your great advice on which layout to go with and what to change before starting the actual work, below are the existing and suggested layouts, please share your opinions and ideas.The house is supposed to be 1100 SQ-FT not including the Family room I added the survey too for more clarityBelow are the suggested layouts and I'm sharing my opinion on each one of them This one looks goo except the things I'm not sure about is it's okay not to have an entry way ?
