Because the rapport I built with the seller and the property is pretty much a dump, seller is ok with whatever happens as long as they will be released from the head ache.

There are new neighborhoods & jobs popping up rapidly in the area and expanding further South into Tate County, MS & Southeast into Marshall County, MS.

Since the place isn't in tip-top shape, you might have some room to negotiate the price down or ask for seller concessions.Partnering with another investor is a solid movee; two heads are better than one, right?

Im not personally a short term rental Investor but these are some of the benefits that may support your pursuit of scaling more rapidly Yes this is true about the STR which is a good option 

And for some reason as a society which is rapidly getting technologically more advanced some of us come to the conclusion that scientists can not be trusted.. make it make sense.
