We've seen substantial tech gains for over a century along with big population growth.I see two main things coming that will affect real estate values.1) Driverless taxis replacing cars.Google has passed their millionth mile, although they haven't released it externally.

You might find for that negative there is a huge deduction in rent.When buying you have to make rent reductions for external features that you cannot change or control.So to hit the same returns you then have to pay a lower price going in.When you see for an area 3/2 with renting for 800 a month you have to really drill down and deduct fro what your doesn't have.You have to ask yourself what can MOST renters live without and what are the deal breakers.The location you can't change but maybe you can appeal to a different type of tenant who does not want to be close to the ACTION as they call it.

If my PC catches on fire or is blown away in a tornado or something, a couple of hundred bucks at the used computer store, plus my external hard drive, and I'm back in business.If you do use a cloud/online service, see if it has an option to export your books to a file on your PC - if it does, use that once a month or so, and keep local copies of those files.I don't get money from any companies mentioned.
