They will only work with properties that are deemed habitable and safe.As Caesar pointed out, somebody who can put down cash may be a more appealing buyer, but on the other hand, if you don't have to put anything down, you may be able to come back with a higher offer that beats the cash offer.

Time is better spent hosting lunch-and-learns, being a junior achievement volunteer, putting on financial literacy courses at your church, starting web sites like BP, hosting podcasts to help others get ahead...practical stuff (where you may be able to help 1 out of 10 or 20 who are willing to fix the habits that keep them in the middle class).Class warfare creates more divide than it provides help or solutions.
