I would work 7 days a week (as an agent you don't get off on the weekends) and were burning the candle on both ends running from meetings to job sites and back.So my goal for this year is to log a little less hours, lower my stress level a bit and make more time for the things I enjoy outside of work.

Anyone I deal with gets a handmade wood thank you card from me but if they are someone I work very closely with (agent, lender, main contractor) then I send a card and the wine or some other gift to show appreciation.

The compounded effect of this over say 10 years with 10 sets of residents leads to a general beat up feel of a property that is typically 100 years old - hand made millwork, non standard door sizes, lath and plaster walls - all of this very, very expensive to restore or replace.
