There's so many catalysts for population and job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Hospital, etc).

I can make them grow faster by thinning even though they have lost some of their growth.  

I am hesitant to sell because the property is in a GREAT area with high-quality renters, and theres lots of growth in the area… But I am open to any advice you may have.Thank you in advance! 

Once they cut the govt spending that is going to equate to negative job growth most likely for periods of time.

I would use a service like task rabbit or Thumbtack to see a handyman, get them out to the property and get them to do some work.

With time management, sourcing materials and learning how to complete task on your own.

I guess my challenge right now is to define the strategy and balance all the factors, such as job and population growth (value increase), cashflow (demand & supply market, interest rate, property tax, maintenance cost), and risk control (insurance etc). 

Are you scaling quickly or focusing on steady, long-term growth?

They seem honest and genuine, and have seen tremendous growth the last few years.
