Very cool IMHO, especially the owner financing.From what I have seen, a lot of smaller hotels (even larger ones) use VRBO and AirBNB.

She appears so dang cool and friendly on the podcast, but my feelings were genuinely hurt on multiple occasions in the FB group by the coaches responses to my honest questions. 

That's literally all it is.I think the cool thing here is you were able to use a lot of OPM and you were honest about what your real estate REALLY looks like.

Like replacing remodeling a restaurant you purchase with new interior, grills, fryers and coolers... you are investing in the long term of your business.

@Srinath GopinathanThey will stipulate what is common area property and what is the unit owners responsibility.Also covenants will dictate things like no gas grills and other things that can and cannot be done so they can properly insure and not over or under insure

I've seen so many investors in my area start their own meetups... anything from breakfast meetups, lunch at a local restaurant, grilling out/firepit in someone's backyard, etc.

We've got a group of students in one, a young couple who just moved to the area and doesn't want to buy yet in another, and a professional in the third who's opening up a new branch of his company here.I think proximity to the cool stuff of a city is almost more important than trying to tailor your location to a specific group.
