You may hear of people who are successfully doing it, but there have been lots of instances where people think they found a great scam to pull and then found out later it was really illegal or they somehow get burned when the jig is up.

We receive 2-3 scam requests with fake POFs and PALs per week.

Many have an entitlement mentality and scam the system for everything they can.Now this is a bit harsh.

Part of a PMC managing almost 700 doors in Metro Detroit, around 100 of them S8.Also try to help newbies out here in avoiding the multiple scams in Detroit investing.

Either way- I prefer this for several reasons:-Cable boxes are an absolute scam.
