That is for larger companies or for disgruntled clients or relatives looking to help.Per diems only work in theory.

I have a former client in PA that owned some car washes in his hometown.

What is next is getting back in the market and creating more opportunity for our clients to ride the next market upcycle.

Hi Tod, we use Furnished Finder to gather leads, and once we receive a truly interested lead, we have them complete an application through Buildium, our management software.

I have a client from CA that I buy properties for in the Kingman AZ to Laughlin NV corridor and yeah.

I used to work in finance and we could get clients approved for a HELOC in less than 24 hours which will be much quicker than the cash out finance.

@Jeanette Land I work with clients in 11 markets across TX, OK, MO, TN, AR, and AL finding them turnkey properties for their portfolios.

I will take that over 200.00 a month positive cash flow :)  All the while running my Capital Partner business and funding over 120 deals a year for my hand picked clients. lThat's a nice combination.
