When you are a home buying addict saying no to some of those houses can be tough, but I'm not much of a gambler and would rather sleep well at night even if it meant buying less houses :-)  We also brought on 2 new buyers and entered 2 new markets towards the end of last yea which I feel like actually ended up brining our numbers down last year but now that they are more trained and we are more familiar with these new areas I am hoping that we can really hit the ground running in 2015!

I have a friend in property management in Florida and he has mentioned Dunedin, Florida as well so next time I catch up with him I might have to have a nosey as it sounds like a good idea if the numbers work to have worldwide Dunedin property :-) @Brian Gibbons thanks for the links, I will grab a look when I get a minute.Am just finishing a full back to the studs Reno at the moment and the podcasts are pushing me through it at 4am but I need it done and revalued, so you do these things first then catch up on the reading.Cheers kyle
