So, yea, you mention the framework pretty well, but by the time you dig in and do it all, my guess is the cashflow won't be quite what you're expecting.

Even if your never personally set some tile or re-insulate a home ect...It could allow you the experience to distinguish between a good job or a bad one, or at least have a framework to ask better questions when working with those who do that kind of labor.

Once a framework has been established, I suggest putting your effort and most of your budget into marketing because that's what pays the bills.
