Second guy said he is an electrician, but all the power outlets are not working.

Hello,I have a finished basement with all the needed egress/outlets and I am considering it to convert it into an apartment and there are few areas (kitchen exhaust and kitchen sink) I lack understanding  and would like to better understand what is the best possible way to go about making those changes.I will greatly appreciate if someone can share their experiences on how they went about a setting up a kitchen particularly exhaust for kitchen odors and kitchen sink in a basement

Try to go in the attic to see if the water lines run there Open a few outlets around the house and open the service panel completely.

If you have an electric dryer outlet in the vicinity even better.

Like, you don't like where the outlets are placed and you will look for that in your next house.

Primarily searching Emerson Heights / Little Flower,, and south of Fountain Square.  

My co-worker grew up in 32209 and said the streets with flower names are ok. 06 has its good parts in Springfield 08 has its good areas toward Trout River, 19 has its good parts in rural western by 20.

It didn't bother us as we have an electrician in the family and planned on rewiring the entire house anyway (I think current outlet codes are insane, but that said, this house is really on the low side and I've only lived in vintage houses)@Ron S.
