I work in the home improvement industry as a Sales Manager for a stone work company specializing in the fabrication and installation of granite, marble, and quartz counter tops.

That being said, you CAN save money IF you do fabrication systematically and do multiples.

The hive mind here outs a lot of the unsavory characters - a pompous Australian claiming to be from Beverly Hills but with a mostly-fabricated background is also in recent memory - but always.be.diligent.

Can anyone recommend a company that can fabricate something like this?

We pulled everything out of the front and side front except the larger foundation plants, landscape fabriced it, dripped it, and planted some california natives... 

We found out through other co-owners that the president of this association has been imposing fines based on fabricated accusations on many of them, including both landlord and co-owners who live there. 

If you can do rock or pea gravel use Engineering fabric underneath it.  

Wall claddings are designed with various materials such as Charcoal, Wood, MDF, WPC, Fabric, PVC, Vinyl, Glass, etcWall panelling is perfect to add an artistic view to your interior space.

Then use some DIF Wallpaper Stripper to spray onto the wall (have heard you can also use fabric softener and water mix).

The concern is I think the tenant is fabricating the majority of these items and now I have to dedicate resources to follow up which is going to cut into the profits...I only have 1 property.
