Hey everyone,I've found a potential property investing in through craigslist and I had a few questions regarding it.Here are the details:Triplex fully rented: ASKING $479,000 - 3 Bed 2 Full Bath (rents for $1200) - 2 Bed 2 Full Bath (rents for $950) - 2 Bed 2 Full Bath (rents for $950)They say that the tenant pays for cable, electric, gas/propane and the landlord pays for insurance, mortgage, property tax, and trash.

For the past two weeks they have just been exposed to an infomercial (with pictures) of "Why we should not move to Florida." 

But instead, they would rather their wreckless business practices be exposed online than just writing us a check to make good on their mistakes!!!

However, if it were me, I won't expose my books to anyone except my accountant, it just simply that, my business is MY business, I don't have to answer to ANYONE.

Why would they deal with you directly instead of exposing their bank owned property to the highest potential pool of buyers?

I would say in general that the syndicators I've been exposed to if they are good, have their investors interests at heart and realize we want long term relationships with our investor base.  

You're a landlord not a parent....you are likely exposing yourself to risk by turning him down at this point. 

That means you won't have exclusive access to the deal as it would be exposed to the full market but, you never know, you might be the one to put it in contract at the right price.
