All persons having claims against these decedents are requested to exhibit them for adjustment and all indebted to make payment.It is then followed by names and addresses of, what I assume are fiduciaries of these estates.Should I just mail to the list of names or am I misunderstanding what this list is?

I think it's because they know these areas and believe that if your intention is to mind your own business you can live a peacable life.In my experience these tenants expect to be dealing with a slumlord so the charm that was exhibited when they were applying for the house soon wears off.

These people were well versed in true worth and they picked up antiques, paintings, etc at 10% of there true value or or even much less. they felt no duty or obligations to their customers.I remember going through one property and seeing a painting done by an artist who I had just seen several of her paintings from the 1800's in San Diego at a art exhibition and I really liked her work.
