@Wes Blackwell  one must be aware of the anti equity stripping laws probably good to caveat that preforeclsoure advice.. there in Oregon you must be a licensed pre foreclosure person to even engage with helping folks in foreclosure..

Don't engage the conversation again. 

Whereas BL has multiple ways to track and engage with potential leads, in my opinion, it is not for the novice, whether in using tools or in real estate in general.   

Engaging with professionals who have experience in international real estate investments will be invaluable.
