Diversification will reduce risk.

I don't want to be in war zones and I know where they are in my location but have no clue where they are in a city across the country.Net of all this - I feel it's possible to invest remotely but you really need to work at it and get some of these things to fall in line for you - especially if this is more of an investment diversification strategy for you like it is for me vs. a career.

I'm thinking about diversifing and doing some consignments.

I'm just saying that a little diversification can be good and I know in my own case, my luck with appreciation (and luck is what it was) has made me much more money than if I had bought and held a good cash-flowing property with minimal appreciation for many, many years.

I don't know if it's unrealistic to have multiple paths towards profit, but it seems like diversification would be a smart move.That is interesting to find out that overpaying the mortgage isnt a smart financial move, though.

For me, real estate is a retirement vehicle, a diversification strategy, and a hedge against inflation.

It should be easier getting the desired numbers and would also give extra safety due to the diversification.

I really like the business diversification of Little Rock, and that is probably in the three year plan.
