I've been diving into real estate for a while now and always love meeting others who are navigating this crazy, but rewarding, journey.Looking forward to learning from everyone, swapping ideas, and hearing about different strategies you all are using.

So maybe that paints a better picture - I’ve advised them to dive into as much financial education as possible.

Additionally, each deep clean after a mid-term stay costs around $300 or more, which almost negates the financial benefit of the mid-term rental model. 

are you going to be able to buy deals at a deep enough discount for them to work as a BRRRR? 

I've seen some with 475k pricing that Gross 90-100K which is a very solid return without diving deep into numbers.Thanks in advance. 

A quick word of advice before diving into the forums: Appreciation buys more cash flow. 

It's great that you're already focused on building knowledge before diving into your first real estate investment.

It is really a good thing for those of us who chose to take the journey together.But not everyone is cut out for the note business or is really ready to be that deep in it, for those that do, it is really worth the look....M
