I asked them why a different recommendation when the symptoms are exactly the same, they couldn't answer except "we'll try this and see if this works".

He is also very good at talking the tenant through the situation/symptoms to determine if it is urgent or merely inconvenient and will frequently tell them, "I can come tonight and it will cost you $100.00 or, if it can wait until tomorrow or the next day, it will only cost you $50.00."
