It is quite silly to me that after I show you unfakable results, I mean END results, LEADS, and Rankings.. you still try to challenge me on the details  BEFORE the leads.  

And knowing a thing or 2, I'm gonna assume you are good at the details, and at managing paralegal team. 

Running a detailed cost analysis for both options will help clarify which aligns better with your goals.

Given the details you provided, I personally might not want to settle this in mediation with this tenant however as I'd probably just want a judge to cut through the BS and tell them to pay up and get out at this point.
