I had gator bits once in OKC, so a little familiar, but don't know too much about the area other than Dell has a major office there grabbing college kids and training into sales roles :)

The open mortgage is with a company called Dell Franklin Financial, LLC, which was the original mortgage holder when the property was purchased in 2005.
