Hi to everyone,I would like to ask that ,my banks in my country (Greece) are unable to provide refinance options for the BRRRR method (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat), what alternative realistic strategies can I consider for implementing this investment approach?

I would tell people today that if you buy a primary residence expect to stay in that home for atleast five years, especially with a FHA loan which has lower down payment as the current forecasts for home appreciation or very low which with closing costs on the buy and sell, it will take several years to have equity in the property and enough to be able to sell, so that is something also to consider.

@Jim G.Per the International Residential Code if the glazing is less then 60 inches vertically from a standing or walking surface then yes it’s required to be safety glass as it’s considered a hazardous area.
