These buyers aren’t subject to the same consumer protection laws, so you’d have more flexibility with your terms.This topic was a great reminder of how creative financing can open up incredible opportunities for both buyers and sellers.

They may have been looking left and preparing for a 12%, 15%, 17% return and never paid attention to the risks on the right.  

Your idea of using a second home mortgage for house hacking is both creative and practical, especially given your flexibility.
