The assigned parking spot is nearly 300 feet from the electrical room, so significant conduit/wiring will need to be installed in the garage's ceiling. 

I think it’s reasonable for tenant to pay deductible if it really was their fault, if that’s allowed by your policy, but seems weird to me that you could expect tenant to know hanging a picture in that one spot would cause a leak.

I am in KC last few days gas is 2.75 a gallon.. gas is still 4.50 a gallon in OR WA CA if not higher in some spots..
