Given the whole mess with this COVID-19 , how are investors/ wholesalers/ Flippers doing deals in places like California where most if not everyone is confined to their quarters at the moment?

I've been reading threads on Cozy.

one of my bizz partners I was talking to yesterday ( doing a lot of that lately) has 150 unit building B class Pac Nor west .. his PM called and said to expect 40% non pay for April.. as long as this is confined to 1 to 2 months most every landlord should be able to pull through this.

@Jim Henry I know Cozy offers CC payments, and tenant is responsible for the 2.75% fee. 

Vapors migrate from a contaminated source and you need to ascertain that the source of the contamination is confined to your property. vapors can migrate over significant distances especially if they get into sewers.

I am trying to use cozy now but most of the tenants are saying they don’t have a bank account and they don’t want to pay the fee for using a debit or credit card.

Curious to know if landlords are using Cozy for 3-4 tenants in an individual property or just setting it up through 1 of the tenants for the full amount?

Cozy allows credit/debit card payments, however there's an extra fee.
