My handyman uses a cool seal mixture.

FL(what I have seen) has cooled off so DOM would be higher than before.

It was cool seeing Jerryll take his scientific/engineer mind and ask, "how can I reverse engineer how Google works and test things to get my site to rank higher, and stay there?".

I didn't know that about BT, that's cool. 

I always thought it was a cool idea, but anytime I see tech people get into real estate and construction (especially to this scale), I really pause and take caution. 

So my appraiser came and did my appraisal but from the jump he was letting me know we are not cool he didn’t like i did accent walls, he didn’t like i had a mini split in each room he said i should just get a furnace.

You may want to wait until the market cools off a bit.

Possibly they broke it, or there was a fault in the glass and the heat/cool cycle shattered it.
