Hey Olu,As a long term holder in the DMV area, I would lean towards cashing out to a % of comfortable cashflow and moving on to expanding your portfolio.

Networking will give you some people to lean on for questions and to fill in the other blanks i.e. contractors, insurance agents, inspectors, property management, etc. 

Japan is considered a safe haven market which investors have been leaning toward recently.

I lean towards selling, recalibrating everything, then redeploying the capital wisely when the right opportunity comes!

With how much I've learned over the last few months with these investments, I'm now thinking I might want to lean into real estate in some form or another after graduating.

It makes more of a hassle, but I would rather go one day for a live auction than pay more for the convenience of bidding at home. 

I’ve been leaning on the oilfields to make my first 100k and then start out with real estate investing .
