After having your own experience, you'll know what to look out for in a Management company, and I can say this from experiencing first hand.I would connect with other investors that are from Arizona, you can sign a joint venture agreement with them, giving them either a percentage of your rental income or equity, and they will be your boots on the ground. 

If any tenant fails a drug test they are immediately booted no questions asked and no eviction protections because the lease is signed with "oxford house" and not individual people. 

However, I need someone to be boots on the ground as I travel extensively for my job.Thoughts everyone?

I would put boots on the ground or find trustworthy boots on the ground at the very minimum before diving into a deal they promote.

Which market to lend in, that states foreclosure and usury laws, do you have trustworthy boots on the ground there, and can you handle a default situation if and when it happens?
