hey @Jeb Brilliant,I've been lurking around the forums, I believe there are people in the BP that do solid deals and contract out work that work well.

As I read @Ned Carey recently post, "any fool can learn from their own mistakes, but it takes a brilliant person to learn from the mistakes of others."

@Jeb Brilliant  if you own a home in CA.. and this is your first investment property.. you can add it to your current policy.. be sure to check the small printwhat you need in the mid west is not what we get on the west coast.IE you need wind and hail damage clause... also be very cognizant of and specifically get it in writing about vacant home ...

I'm humbly requesting the help and brilliant expertise which is never in short supply around here. 

Further, I suggest you learn to read - I quite clearly stated that my wife has been professionally engaged as a writer (on numerous occasions as a matter of fact) by this very well known individual and personally sought out his advice on the matter of protecting the RE assets, so by all means enthrall us with your acumen vis-a-vis your brilliant extrapolation to the effect we're reading his books?
