.- It is downtown Vegas so there is stuff to do, but you don't have to dress like you are going to the Golden Globes to fit in (unlike the strip).- Vegas is an affordable fly-to destination for people from all over the country and us BPers here in SoCal can get there in 3-4 hours by car.As far as conference costs, I have no idea.

The last day of the seminar they gave everyone an interview to see if you were qualified to join their team, so as I did the interview I was prepared, dressed up nice and had everything ready on why I would be perfect for them!

You didn't mention energy efficiency, but you might want to check insulation, etc.You can put all the pretty dressing on a building, but if the foundational items are falling apart, and it costs tenants more to be in your space than another, they won't rent.
