My worry is that since this is a brand new LLC that will take ownership of the property, it could cause a problem since there's no history with the LLC?

They advertise as Lender but are selling another mentor program/software package (which seems to be Prop Stream with their branding on top).

There’s plenty of opportunity to charge higher rates if you can build a brand, find the right clientele, and of course deliver results.

Being that you are brand new, you MUST put in contingencies, so you have an out.

You can change it to your custom name if you would like otherwise, it would just show the phone number in Caller ID.We use a 3rd party for eSign and eSign don't have custom branding currently.Sharad
