Will transferring ownership into an LLC cause issues if I try to complete a 1031?

My worry is that since this is a brand new LLC that will take ownership of the property, it could cause a problem since there's no history with the LLC?

You can change it to your custom name if you would like otherwise, it would just show the phone number in Caller ID.We use a 3rd party for eSign and eSign don't have custom branding currently.Sharad
