The one that is all capitol letters and bold face, starting with " EFECT OF ADDENDUM:"The subject of this original post, IMO, arose from a lack of effective communication between licensed offices and their officers.

I can only tell you, that in our agreements, the tenant is notified - in BOLD writing - of the law, and must request guards in writing.

@Will Barnard  this year saw me doing my continuing ED for my CA re brokers license my state of Oregon mortgage bankers license..So I pass the CA brokers which I have been doing for 40 years.. then I have to do on the RE Bureau website and pay my fee and such... what stood out for me was a big bold tab at the bottom of the page.. ( If you suspect anyone of selling RE without a license make complaints here )....

Hi Lesley, I understood what you said, but that portion in bold is a result of a combination of either incompetence on the part of lenders, and/or investors buying real estate that does not cashflow, and not fannie/freddie rules. 

Be bold and ask people to meet up.
